Digital Product Nature

All products sold on this website are digital-only downloadable files, including but not limited to PNG pattern packs, high-resolution printable art, jewelry design drafts, and custom design services. No physical goods are manufactured, stored, or shipped.

Refund Rules

Due to the reproducible and instant-delivery nature of digital products, the following refund policy applies:

- No refunds after the download link has been delivered. Once a digital file is delivered, access cannot be revoked, and therefore refunds cannot be issued after payment confirmation.
- If you encounter technical issues such as broken download links or corrupted files, please contact us with your order number. We will troubleshoot and re-send valid download links within 24 hours. This does not constitute a refund.
- Custom design services: Full refund available before work begins. Once a draft has been delivered, the fee for completed work will be deducted from any refund. Final delivery = no refund.
- In cases of system error causing duplicate charges, verified duplicate amounts will be fully refunded.

Download & License

All digital files include a license for personal and small-scale commercial use. You may not resell, share on public platforms, or use the source files for large-scale commercial printing (over 500 copies per design) without obtaining an extended license. Please back up your files immediately after download.
